Tomorrow evening I’ll be hosting Wolfson’s World Poetry Night. (It had originally been scheduled for last month, to coincide with UNESCO’s World Poetry Day, but I got the covid.) If you’re in the Cambridge area, you’re welcome to join us for wine and cheese and poetry, in many voices, from many languages. You can just listen or you can bring a poem, written by someone else, to read (along with a translation if it’s not in English). There will be a few ringers — eg, Sasha Dugdale, Susan Larsen, Nicholas de Lange — in addition to a number of students and community members. We’ll be in the Combination Room; doors open at 6:30 and readings start at 7:00.
